This calendar features some of the most “famous” painted breasts in art history — ones we’ve walked past in museums, flipped past in books, or seen printed on postcards. Each month also includes a Chinese idiom beginning with the sound “ti,” tī tí tǐ tì, reflecting different life experiences and states of being - 提笔成诗、提笼架鸟、体大思精……

When we arrived the world, we were fed by tits with our first sip of milk. As we grow, we start covering them — bras, padding, tape — as if they’re something to hide. But breasts are ordinary, powerful, and universal. They deserve to be seen and celebrated.

So here’s my offering:
替天行道 — reclaiming curiosity, humor, and softness.
May we look again, without shame.
