About the Artists

Wang Mengxi 王夢溪

Wang Mengxi is a storyteller and photographer whose background as a news reporter has fueled a deep curiosity for individual narratives within everyday life. Her work emphasizes narrative storytelling, often incorporating dramatic elements and a direct cinematic approach. Wang is dedicated to perfecting her craft, continuously refining her narratives through self-critique and iteration to create compelling and authentic stories.

Chen Ziqing 陳子晴

Born and raised in Guangdong, China, Chen Ziqing is a multidisciplinary designer and landscape architect based in New York City. She graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design.

Ziqing brings a contemporary perspective to her designs, emphasizing the nuances of evolving Chinese traditions. With a keen eye for photography, she is dedicated to integrating visual storytelling into her design projects across cultural and commercial sectors. Ziqing has also launched publishing imprints in collaboration with independent artists and local brands, providing art direction for their works.
